Was listening to Adam Curry’s Daily Source Code #320 earlier today, missed it last week, and he started off his show this week talking about how this damn gossip mag. in the Netherlands stole some of his pictures from his Flickr account. Besides the fact they are CC licensed and started posting about drama in his family, they also wrote about where his daughter goes to school and how she takes a cab home. What kind of fucked up shit is that man? I’d be livid if someone did that about anyone in my family. Hope he sues the hell out of them. Really hoping this may be a breaking point for CC and seeing if we can really enforce this as a new form of Copyright. Although it is an international affair, so who knows, it’ll probably just fall through.

Dude, ya so I posted the other day about how I - like most all - find it strange how Apple’s stuck-up new campaigns show how they are so far superb over PC products with (which sounds like 24’s Kiefer Sutherland as the voice) the new video. Hm, yea, anyone find it strangley comforting that this ad was on the Front - Top - Center of the iTunes Music Store today?

Naked on a muscle car

Detroit officials are looking into how a woman sneaked into the North American International Auto Show after closing hours early on Tuesday to pose naked on Chrysler’s Dodge Challenger muscle car.

Security guards at the Cobo Center where the show is being held this week found the woman standing on the new Challenger, with some people — mostly men — taking pictures at about 2 a.m. (0700 GMT) on Tuesday.

“Some people told us there were real cameras there, and some said there were only cellphone cameras,” Jason Vines, a spokesman for DaimlerChrysler’s Chrysler Group, said, adding he did not know how many people were there.

Chrysler had brought in “Desperate Housewives” star Eva Longoria on Sunday to pose with Chrysler Chief Executive Tom LaSorda next to the new Imperial luxury concept car. Longoria was fully-clothed.

Officials are looking into it huh? Yea I’m sure that was a “mistake”. Lets see them try to get a naked guy even 50 feet from one of those cars how long it would take for 20 cops to pull out a gun. Speaking of pulling out a gun, anyone find this users photoset really disturbing?
