New Home in Long Beach

It’s looking Promising. Val gave me a great referral last week to check out and we stopped by yesterday, this looks like it could be the place. We’re meeting up on wed to talk to the guy and see how it all will work out, but with a great rent price and 1400 sqft. apt. 3bed 2bath and nice big living room things are looking great. More details to come when we figure them out but to top it off were 4 blocks from the beach. Ahh yea, I’m hopin’ for the best on this one.

By the way, if you’r trying to figure out what the hell this picture is. Laurice was giving fluffy some air while we were cruising Strong Beach yesterday.. heh, you know how stuffy it can get for a stuffed animal in a car while your home shoppin all day ;)
